Ingredients

  • 1 cup pom pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup merlot
  • 15 - blackberries
  • 2 teaspoons splenda

How To Make blackberry merlot popsicles

  • Step 1
Pour pomegranate juice and merlot into a 2 cup measuring glass. Add Splenda and set aside.
  • Step 2
Smoosh berries so they release the juice, but not completely crushed. Keep them chunky. Equally distribute the berries between the popsicle molds. Add any remaining berry juice to the juice/merlot measuring cup.
  • Step 3
Pour the juice/merlot mixture evenly between the popsicle molds. Use a bamboo skewer to release any air bubbles held by the berries. Place the lid on the popsicle mold and place sticks. If not using a mold, small paper cups can be used. Place in the freezer for 30-40 minutes, remove and then place sticks. Place in freezer until solid.
