Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    neufchatel cheese
  • 1 c
    organic low-fat milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 c
    100% organic canned pumpkin puree
  • 2
    medium ripe bananas
  • 2 Tbsp
    light agave nectar

How to Make Banana-Pumpkin Creamsicles

Step-by-Step

  1. Place all the ingredients into a small food processor or blender and puree
  2. Divide the mixture among freezer-pop molds, stopping about 1 inch form the top.
  3. Insert the sticks and freeze until completely firm, about 6 hours. Dip the molds briefly in hot water before unmolding.
