- 1 cup organic low-fat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup 100% organic canned pumpkin puree
- 2 - medium ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoons light agave nectar
How To Make banana-pumpkin creamsicles

Step 1Place all the ingredients into a small food processor or blender and puree

Step 2Divide the mixture among freezer-pop molds, stopping about 1 inch form the top.

Step 3Insert the sticks and freeze until completely firm, about 6 hours. Dip the molds briefly in hot water before unmolding.
