Ingredients

1/2 c
neufchatel cheese
1 c
organic low-fat milk
1/2 tsp
pumpkin pie spice
1/2 c
100% organic canned pumpkin puree
2
medium ripe bananas
2 Tbsp
light agave nectar

Step-By-Step

1Place all the ingredients into a small food processor or blender and puree
2Divide the mixture among freezer-pop molds, stopping about 1 inch form the top.
3Insert the sticks and freeze until completely firm, about 6 hours. Dip the molds briefly in hot water before unmolding.
