  • 2 Tbsp
    half and half
  • 3 Tbsp
    fat free milk
  • 6 oz
    nonfat greek yogurt, berry flavored (i like blueberry)
  • 2 small
  • 1
  • 3
    packets splenda

How to Make Avocado Berry Pops


  1. Place all items in blender in the order listed. Blend well.
  2. Pour into 6 pop molds (I like silicone, they are easier to get out)
  3. Freeze for 2 hours or until solid.
  4. Enjoy!
