Summertime in San Diego...Salad, Sammies and ice pops! But for us SoCal-ians, Avocado goes with all 3! Try it, I say...You'll like it!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons half and half
- 3 tablespoons fat free milk
- 6 ounces nonfat greek yogurt, berry flavored (i like blueberry)
- 2 small avocado
- 1 - banana
- 3 - packets splenda
How To Make avocado berry pops

Step 1Place all items in blender in the order listed. Blend well.

Step 2Pour into 6 pop molds (I like silicone, they are easier to get out)

Step 3Freeze for 2 hours or until solid.
