Ingredients

3 - avocados mashed together and set aside
3 tablespoons sugar
6 - eggs well beaten
- pinch of salt
3 1/2 cups + 2 tablespoons sugar
3/4 cup white karo
1/2 pint whipping cream

How To Make avocado ice cream

Step 1

Combine all ingredients pour into a ice cream bucket.

Step 2

Add 3/4 gallon whole milk to fill bucket. chill ice cream bucket before freezing in refrigerator for 1 hour. makes 1 1/2 gallon.
