Ingredients

  • 2
    apples, peeled, quartered
  • 1 can(s)
    unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2
    banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup
    yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp
    buttermilk
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    coconut extract

How to Make Apple Sorbet

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl.
  2. Pour into an 8-inch square pan. Cover and freeze 24 hours.
  3. Remove from freezer and thaw 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Put frozen mixture in a blender and puree until desired consistency.
  5. Serve immediately.
