Zelda's Banana Coins with lime and Cuties

Zelda Hopkins

This is one of my favorite desserts. It is so light and refreshing. The lime juice keeps the bananas from turning brown. I like sweets but I am a diabetic so I think of ways to eat a lot of fruit. This is one I think you will like.

How to Make Zelda's Banana Coins with lime and Cuties

  • 1In a small bowl, combine lime juice and pulp, vanilla, cinnamon. Its best to use a small whisk or fork so cinnamon doesn't clump up.
