I love this salad! This is a delicious and light, low-fat fruit salad with a honey lemon dressing. Topped with low fat cool whip. Yum! Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 6 - ounces raspberries
  • 8 - ounces blue berries
  • 16 - ounces strawberries
  • 2 - tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 - tablespoons contreau
  • 2 - teaspoons honey
  • 2 - tablespoons chopped mint
  • - top with light cool whip

How To Make bonnie's very berry fruit salad

  • Step 1
    Wash the berries, remove the stems, slice the strawberries, leave raspberries and blueberries whole, drain well, and blot gently with paper towels.
  • Step 2
    Whisk together the fresh lemon juice, Cointreau, honey and the chopped mint. Pour over berries. Toss gently. Serve immediately with light cool whip. Enjoy!
