I love this salad! This is a delicious and light, low-fat fruit salad with a honey lemon dressing. Topped with low fat cool whip. Yum! Enjoy!

- 6 - ounces raspberries
- 8 - ounces blue berries
- 16 - ounces strawberries
- 2 - tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 - tablespoons contreau
- 2 - teaspoons honey
- 2 - tablespoons chopped mint
- - top with light cool whip
How To Make bonnie's very berry fruit salad

Step 1Wash the berries, remove the stems, slice the strawberries, leave raspberries and blueberries whole, drain well, and blot gently with paper towels.

Step 2Whisk together the fresh lemon juice, Cointreau, honey and the chopped mint. Pour over berries. Toss gently. Serve immediately with light cool whip. Enjoy!
