I learned this recipeyears ago from my mamaw. The reason we all like it is because it quick and easy. Any berry makes a good cobbler but my husband prefers peach. I guess I could have called it the 4 cup cobbler but I chose to us my mamaws name. Most of my family love it. Easy is the main thing. You can spice it anyway you want. LOLA HART

Ingredients For the easy peach cobbler

  • 1 stick
    1 cup of each : self-risong flour,sugar,milk, i sprinkle cinnomon and i stick margerine, usr 12x9 baking dish and it should be clear glass so the bottiiom won't burn. alwas remember to spray your pan with spray oil.

How To Make the easy peach cobbler

    MIX flour, sugar and the milk. Use a wisk abd beat util there are very few lumps. Pour into greased pan. choose your favorite fruit and pour it all over the mixture. Do not stir. Put pats of margerine all ovwvwr the top, then put your fruit in pouring it all oer the top of everything.Put your cinnamon 1 TBS on last sprinkling it all over the top evenly. Cook in a preheated ove t 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until top crust is brown. This is great served with icecream.
