Symphony covered strawberries

Kaneshia Robinson

Juicy, fresh & sweet strawberries covered in a rich hershey's symphony bar! Chocolate covered berries can cost you a pretty lil penny if they're store bought..cheaper & safer making them yourself, you know what you're eating.

How to Make Symphony covered strawberries

  1. Rinse strawberries with cold water. Using a paper towel, pat strawberries dry. The choice to cut the tops off and cut berries in half is your choice.. makes them easier to be eaten.
  2. Break up symphony bar in a microwave safe bowl *hint* make sure utensils & bowl are dry from any liquid such as water,as it will ruin the texture of the smooth chocolate..heat for 45 seconds
  3. Using a chocolate dipping utensil of choice, dip your strawberries in the chocolate either one by one or all at once..neatly place them on a foam plate *hint* the covered strawberries are easy to be removed from a foam plate..refrigerate for about 20 minutes
