Natural Sugars are better than processed sugars and if you eat a no or very low fat protein with it that will keep your insulin levels from rising and falling so quickly.

Ingredients

small cluster of grapes 5-6
1 peeled and cored apple(sliced)
1 orange peeled and sectioned
1-100 cal greek nonfat yogurt any flavor
2tbs nonfat milk.
pink sweetener (optional)

Step-By-Step

1place all fruit on a plate
2Stir yogurt and 2 tbs nonfat milk to loosen it up.
Put it in a shallow bowl dip fruit and enjoy.Sweeten to taste with "the pink stuff".
