- - 1-100 cal greek nonfat yogurt any flavor
- - 2tbs nonfat milk.

How To Make sweets for the sweet

Step 1place all fruit on a plate

Step 2Stir yogurt and 2 tbs nonfat milk to loosen it up. Put it in a shallow bowl dip fruit and enjoy.Sweeten to taste with "the pink stuff".
