  • - small cluster of grapes 5-6
  • - 1 peeled and cored apple(sliced)
  • - 1 orange peeled and sectioned
  • - 1-100 cal greek nonfat yogurt any flavor
  • - 2tbs nonfat milk.
  • - pink sweetener (optional)

How To Make sweets for the sweet

  • Step 1
    place all fruit on a plate
  • Step 2
    Stir yogurt and 2 tbs nonfat milk to loosen it up. Put it in a shallow bowl dip fruit and enjoy.Sweeten to taste with "the pink stuff".
