  • ·
    small cluster of grapes 5-6
  • ·
    1 peeled and cored apple(sliced)
  • ·
    1 orange peeled and sectioned
  • ·
    1-100 cal greek nonfat yogurt any flavor
  • ·
    2tbs nonfat milk.
  • ·
    pink sweetener (optional)

How to Make Sweets for the Sweet

Step-by-Step

  1. place all fruit on a plate
  2. Stir yogurt and 2 tbs nonfat milk to loosen it up.
    Put it in a shallow bowl dip fruit and enjoy.Sweeten to taste with "the pink stuff".
