How to Make Sweet-tart cranberry cobbler
- Heat oven to 325. Lightly spray a 9" deep dish pie pan w/ cooking spray. Spread cranberries in bottom of pan.
- Sprinkle w/ 3/4 cup sugar and walnuts. Stir w/ a spoon until evenly coated. Flatten out mix. In lg bowl, beat eggs. Slowly beat in 3/4 cup sugar, then beat in flour.
- Slowly beat in butter until somewhat smooth. Spread batter over cranberry mix. Bake 55 mins, or until crust is golden brown.
