112 oz pkg whole cranberries

1 csugar

3/4 cwater

1 pkgyellow cake mix

3/4 cmelted butter
-
2 largeeggs
-
1 crolled oats
-
3/4 cpacked, light brown sugar

1 tspground ginger

1 tspcinnamon
How to Make sweet-tart cranberry bars
- Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In saucepan, over medium heat, combine cranberries, white sugar and water. Stir until cranberries pop and sauce thickens.
- In lg bowl, mix together cake mix, butter and eggs. Stir in oats, brown sugar, ginger and cinnamon. Set aside 1-1/2 cups mix. Spread remaining mix into bottom of pan, packing it down good.
- Spread cranberry mix over crust. Sprinkle cranberry mix w/ remaining reserved cake mix. Bake 35-40 mins, or until top is lightly browned. Cool. Slice into bars.
