2 2/3 ccoarsely chopped pretzels
1 1/2 stickbutter, melted
12 ozlight cream cheese
1 1/4 csugar
1 largepackage of frozen strawberries, sliced
3/4 pkglarge cool whip
1 largepackage of strawberry jello
2 cpineapple juice
How to Make Sweet and Salty Strawberry Pretzel Dessert
- Mix pretzels and butter and press into a 9"x13" pan. Bake at 400F for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar together, then spread over the still warm pretzel crust.
Let mixture cool.
- Dissolve the strawberry jello in boiling pineapple juice, add the frozen sliced strawberries. Pour over the cream cheese mixture.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until gelatin is set. Before serving, spread cool whip over the strawberry jello layer.
