super easy micrwave apple crisp

I was first introduced to this recipe when I held a Tupperware party at my house. Ever since then, this is pretty much the ONLY way I make apple crisp! So quick, SO easy, SO good!!!

Ingredients For super easy micrwave apple crisp

  • 1 can
    apple pie filling (any brand) 21 oz i believe
  • 1 pkg
    any brand soft frosted oatmeal cookies (i used archway)

How To Make super easy micrwave apple crisp

  • 1
    In an ungreased large rectangular Tupperware® container, place 1/2 package of oatmeal cookies; breaking 1 or 2 into pieces to fill in holes in bottom of container.

    Place full can of apple pie filling over cookies, spreading evenly.

    Crumble remaining cookies over the top of the pie filling. Place lid on container, venting slightly.

    Cook for 8 minutes on high. (cook time will vary by microwave) Serve warm or cold, with or without your favorite flavor of ice cream.
