Ingredients
- 1 box sugar free shortbread cookies
- 3 boxes sugar free strawberry jello
- 3 boxes sugar free french vanilla instant pudding
- 2 quarts fresh strawberries
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons splenda
- 5 cups milk
- 5 cups water, 3 boiling, 2 cold
How To Make sugar free strawbwrry trifle

Step 1You will need a large clear glass bowl. follow directions on jello package minus 1 cup of cold water, when mixed pour into glass bowl and refrigarate until jello is beginning to get firm

Step 2When jello is beginning to firm up, take shortbread cookies and slide down the bowl till the are arranged on the bottom and up sides 1 layer. Return to refrigarator and till solid.

Step 3While jello is setting, slice fresh strawberries and put aside.

Step 4When jello is firm place strawberries on top.

Step 5Mix pudding with 5 cups of milk, then pour over strawberry/jello and refrigerate till set. Place glass mixing bowl and mixer beaters in freezer to get cold.

Step 6Whip heavy whipping cream in cold glass bowl along with spenda, sprinkle in as you whip. When cream reaches semi stiff peaks spread over pudding. Sprinkle with colored sugar. Refrigerate till served.
