Ingredients
- 6 cups sliced and peeled apples of your choice
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
How To Make sugar cookie cobbler

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix apples, brown sugar, flour, 1 teaspoon of the cinnamon and the lemon juice. Toss together making sure the apples are coated well. Put mixture into an ungreased, deep dished, glass pie plate.

Step 2Using a teaspoon, drop sugar cookie dough evenly over the apples. In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and remaining 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over the sugar cookie dough.

Step 3Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the apples are tender.

Step 4*NOTE You could do other variations of this recipe using mixed berries, strawberries, peaches - etc.!!
