6 csliced and peeled apples of your choice

1 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

2 Tbspall purpose flour

1 1/2 tspground cinnamon

2 Tbsplemon juice

2 Tbspgranulated sugar

1 pkgrefrigerated sugar cookie dough
How to Make Sugar Cookie Cobbler
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix apples, brown sugar, flour, 1 teaspoon of the cinnamon and the lemon juice. Toss together making sure the apples are coated well. Put mixture into an ungreased, deep dished, glass pie plate.
- Using a teaspoon, drop sugar cookie dough evenly over the apples. In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and remaining 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over the sugar cookie dough.
- Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the apples are tender.
- *NOTE You could do other variations of this recipe using mixed berries, strawberries, peaches - etc.!!
