- 8 - phyllo dough sheets, thawed
- 4 teaspoons cinnamon-sugar spice mix, divided
- 1 box sugar-free fat-free instant cheesecake pudding mix, like jell-o
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 12 - strawberies, hulled and quartered
How To Make strawberry-cheesecake tartlets

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Place 2 phyllo sheets on work surface; coat with cooking spray. Sprinkle each with 1/2 tsp. spice mix; stack sheets. Repeat 3 times to create 2 stacks of 4. Cut each stack into 6 squares; press into greased wells of mini-muffin pan. Bake 10 min. or until golden. Let cool 2 min. in pan. Remove; let cool completely. In bowl, blend next 2 ingredients; divide among shells. Top with berries. Garnish with mint or orange zest and powder sugar.
