My Thai friend made this dish for me, it's so good, I couldn't believe how very quick and easy it was to make. It is refreshing and light. I love ginger so she added it just for me.

This is a perfect ending to your spicy meal.

How to Make Special Thai Pineapple

Step-by-Step

  1. Prepare your pineapple and place in a serving dish.
  2. Add the crushed cardamom pods to a small pan with the lime rind and water.
  3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 1 minute.
