This is so delicious! I start it in the morning and it only takes 6 hrs to cook, but is great anytime of the day. I usually serve it with whipped cream, but you can serve it w/ ice ceram also.

Ingredients
- 4 large granny smith apples, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups low-fat granola cereal
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- - whipped cream or favorite ice cream

Step 1Place apple slices in bottom of slow-cooker. In lg bowl, combine granola cereal, and remaining ingredients, except whipped cream.

Step 2Sprinkle cereal mix over apples.Cover, cook on low for 6 hours. Serve w/ whipped cream or ice cream.
