slow-cooked apple crunch cobbler

This is so delicious! I start it in the morning and it only takes 6 hrs to cook, but is great anytime of the day. I usually serve it with whipped cream, but you can serve it w/ ice ceram also.

Ingredients

  • 4 large granny smith apples, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups low-fat granola cereal
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • - whipped cream or favorite ice cream

How To Make slow-cooked apple crunch cobbler

  • Step 1
    Place apple slices in bottom of slow-cooker. In lg bowl, combine granola cereal, and remaining ingredients, except whipped cream.
  • Step 2
    Sprinkle cereal mix over apples.Cover, cook on low for 6 hours. Serve w/ whipped cream or ice cream.
