simple fruit sorbet
(1 RATING)
I like peach or mango sorbet using ripe flavorful fruit. I also like using frozen fruit if it's ripe and sweet enough. Such an easy delicious quick dessert. Sugar can be grainy so u could use superfine sugar. Honey gets hard. I use my blender wand sometimes.
