Ingredients
- 3 - 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large firm, ripe peaches, cut into wedges
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoons grated candied ginger
- 1 tablespoon grand marnier
- 1/8 cup white rum
- garnish - vanilla bean ice cream
How To Make simple fruit flambe dessert

Step 1Place a large pan, on medium heat, add butter, sugar and pinch of salt, and melt.

Step 2Add peaches and cook 3 minutes, stirring gently. Then add the raspberries and cook for 2 more minutes, then turn off heat. Remove the pan from the heat. Mix the grand mariner and rum together in a small glass, mix and add to the pan. Swirl the liquid in the pan and set on fire, allowing the flames to burn off.

Step 3Remove from heat and serve over vanilla bean ice cream. Enjoy!
