I make this whenever I want a simple and delicious dessert. Make w/ fresh blackberries, organic, if possible..it makes a difference!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    1% milk
  • 2 tsp
    canola oil
  • 1/3 c
    sugar, i actually used stevia
  • 1 c
    heart healthy bisquick mix
  • 2/3 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    water
  • 2 c
    fresh blackberries

How to Make Simple blackberry cobbler

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 375. Spray a 9" x 9" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In a bowl, whisk together milk, oil, bisquick mix and 1/3 cup sugar until smooth.
  2. Pour mix into pan evenly. In another bowl, whisk remaining sugar w/ water. Fold in berries until coated.
  3. Spread berry mix over batter in pan. Bake 45 mins.
