How to Make Sherry's easy cranberry cobbler
- Heat oven to 325. Spray a 9" deep dish pie pan w/ cooking spray. Spread cranberries in bottom of pan. Sprinkle berries w/ 3/4 cup sugar, stir until combined. Flatten mix w back of spoon.
- In bowl, beat eggs until fluffy. Slowly beat in sugar, then flour. Slowly beat in butter until smooth. Spread mix over berries. Bake 55 mins. Serve warm w/ whipped cream or ice cream.
