Here is a simple dish to use as a side or dessert. Goes great with pork!

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 6 cups apples, sliced (green granny smith) but i like fuji apples
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar (can use splenda blend)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

How To Make sautéed apples

  • Step 1
    Melt butter in large skillet. Over medium heat; add apples.
  • Step 2
    Saute 6 minutes or until just tender
  • Step 3
    Stir in sugar and spices.
  • Step 4
    Cook for 1 minutes or until sugar melts.
  • Step 5
