Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 packages 3oz. packages strawberry jello
- about 4 cups of sliced rhubarb

Step 11. Prepare the Base: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, mix the brown sugar, softened butter, flour, baking powder, and eggs together until well combined. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of a 13x9-inch baking pan, forming a crust.

Step 22. Prepare the Rhubarb and Jello: Wash and slice the rhubarb into 1/2-inch pieces. Scatter the sliced rhubarb evenly over the crust, covering it completely. Sprinkle the dry strawberry Jello powder over the rhubarb.
