Raspberry Cheesecake Delite

- torn angelfood cake pieces, sugar free if available (1/2 of 1 6-inch diameter cake)
- 4-serving size box sugar free cheesecake flavor instant pudding mix
- 2 c
- fat free milk
- 1/3 c
- sugar free red raspberry preserves
- 8 oz
- fresh red raspberries, rinsed and drained (reserve a few for garnish)
- 8-ounce container sugar free/fat free frozen whipped topping, thawed
How to Make Raspberry Cheesecake Delite
- 2Make pudding according to package directions, using the 2 cups of milk. Let set for 5 minutes to thicken.
- 7Garnish with reserved berries. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
