Ingredients

  • 3 c
    fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 3/4 c
    self-rising flour
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla

How to Make QUICK PEACH COBBLER

Step-by-Step

  1. In a deep 9 x 13" dish, melt butter in the oven at 350 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, mix peaches and 1/2 cup sugar together. Set aside.
  3. Mix 3/4 cup sugar, flour, milk and vanilla. Spoon over butter, but do not stir.
  4. Spoon peach/sugar mixture from step 2 over step 3. Do not stir.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
