Ingredients
- 2 - 10"-tortillas
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/2 cup blackberries, i usually halve each one
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 large kiwi, peeled, ( or not, your choice,) chopped
- 1/2 cup light greek yogurt, either plain or vanilla flavored
How To Make quick and easy fruit tacos

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Place tortillas on lightly floured cutting board. W/a 3" cookie cutter, cut 6 circles out of each tortilla.

Step 2In medium bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Lightly spray each tortilla circle w/ cooking spray. Lightly spray lg muffin tins w/ cooking spray. Bend and fit each circle of tortilla into muffin cups. Sprinkle each cup w/ cinnamon-sugar mix.

Step 3Bake 1 min. Cool. remove tortilla/taco cups from muffin tin. In lg bowl, combine all fruit, mix it up good. Spoon fruit into each taco and then drizzle w/ yogurt.
