quick and easy fruit tacos

I make these for my grand children and they go super crazy over them....and they're healthy!!

Ingredients

  • 2 - 10"-tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries, i usually halve each one
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 large kiwi, peeled, ( or not, your choice,) chopped
  • 1/2 cup light greek yogurt, either plain or vanilla flavored

How To Make quick and easy fruit tacos

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. Place tortillas on lightly floured cutting board. W/a 3" cookie cutter, cut 6 circles out of each tortilla.
  • Step 2
    In medium bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Lightly spray each tortilla circle w/ cooking spray. Lightly spray lg muffin tins w/ cooking spray. Bend and fit each circle of tortilla into muffin cups. Sprinkle each cup w/ cinnamon-sugar mix.
  • Step 3
    Bake 1 min. Cool. remove tortilla/taco cups from muffin tin. In lg bowl, combine all fruit, mix it up good. Spoon fruit into each taco and then drizzle w/ yogurt.
