Never had a good name for this jello- my kids always ask me to make the purple jello.

Ingredients

1 c
dark bing cherries canned,pitted juice reserved
1 c
crushed pineapple and juice
1 c
mini marshmallows
1/2 c
above cherry juice
8 oz
softened cream cheese
8 oz
thawed cool whip
1 pkg
unflavored gelatine

How to Make Purple Jello

Step-by-Step

  • 1Sprinkle gelatine over cherry juice. Pour cherries and geltine mixture in a small saucepan and heat until gelatine is dissolved.Remove from heat and allow to cool. Combine the cream cheese and gelatine mixture when cool in a large bowl. Add pineapple ,marshmallows and mix gently. Fold in Cool Whip, Pour into a glass bowl or mold and chill overnight.
