Never had a good name for this jello- my kids always ask me to make the purple jello.

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    dark bing cherries canned,pitted juice reserved
  • 1 c
    crushed pineapple and juice
  • 1 c
    mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 c
    above cherry juice
  • 8 oz
    softened cream cheese
  • 8 oz
    thawed cool whip
  • 1 pkg
    unflavored gelatine

How to Make Purple Jello

Step-by-Step

  1. Sprinkle gelatine over cherry juice. Pour cherries and geltine mixture in a small saucepan and heat until gelatine is dissolved.Remove from heat and allow to cool. Combine the cream cheese and gelatine mixture when cool in a large bowl. Add pineapple ,marshmallows and mix gently. Fold in Cool Whip, Pour into a glass bowl or mold and chill overnight.
