- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped

Step 1Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Grease am 8x8 pan or casserole dish. Spread the graham cracker crumbs on the bottom. Cover with the butter mixture.

Step 2Add the pineapple. Cover with whip cream. Freeze. To serve, defrost several hours in refrigerator. Enjoy.
