Ingredients
- 1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine melted
- 1/2 cup ritz cracker crumbs
How To Make pineapple au gratin

Step 1Preheat over to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 8" x 8" casserole or pan. (I use PAM)

Step 2Mix pineapple, cheese, sugar and flour. Pour into 8 inch square casserole. Pour melted butter over pineapple mixture and stir.

Step 3Top with Ritz cracker crumbs. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. This recipe may be doubled using a 9" x 13" pan/dish. Can be served hot or cold. Great at pot lucks!
