This is a Weight Watchers recipe that I tweaked a little. This is so good, I had to share it.

Ingredients

6 large
peaches, peeled and sliced
3/4 c
brown sugar
3/4 c
sugar
1/2 tsp
cinnamon, ground
1/2 tsp
salt
1 stick
butter, melted
2 large
eggwhites
3/4 c
whole wheat flour

How to Make Peach Crumble

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven at 375. Coat 8x8 pan with cooking spray.
  • 2In a small bowl, gently toss peaches with brown sugar until sugar starts to dissolve; spoon fruit into prepared baking pan
  • 3In another small bowl, mix together flour, granulated sugar, cinnamon and salt; add eggwhites and combine with your fingers until mixture comes together and starts to crumble. Drop clumps of flour mixture over fruit; drizzle with melted butter
  • 4Bake until fruit just starts to bubble, about 45 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and serve warm.
