This is a Weight Watchers recipe that I tweaked a little. This is so good, I had to share it.

Ingredients

  • 6 large
    peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted
  • 2 large
    eggwhites
  • 3/4 c
    whole wheat flour

How to Make Peach Crumble

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven at 375. Coat 8x8 pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, gently toss peaches with brown sugar until sugar starts to dissolve; spoon fruit into prepared baking pan
  3. In another small bowl, mix together flour, granulated sugar, cinnamon and salt; add eggwhites and combine with your fingers until mixture comes together and starts to crumble. Drop clumps of flour mixture over fruit; drizzle with melted butter
  4. Bake until fruit just starts to bubble, about 45 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and serve warm.
