Ingredients For peach and raspberry crisp

  • 5
    ripe peaches, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 2 c
    ripe raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour divided
  • 1 c
    quick oats
  • 1/2 c
    packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice, fresh

How To Make peach and raspberry crisp

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a casserole dish or cake pan.

    Combine peaches, flour, sugar, lemon juice and fold in raspberries.
  • 3
    Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt and spread over peaches.

    Dot in butter.

    Bake for 30 min then let cool for 10. Serve and enjoy!
