ripe peaches, peeled, cored and sliced
2 c
ripe raspberries
2 Tbsp
flour divided
1 c
quick oats
1/2 c
packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
1/2 c
2 Tbsp
lemon juice, fresh

How to Make Peach and Raspberry Crisp


  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a casserole dish or cake pan.
  • 2Combine peaches, flour, sugar, lemon juice and fold in raspberries.
  • 3Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt and spread over peaches.
  • 4Dot in butter.
  • 5Bake for 30 min then let cool for 10. Serve and enjoy!
