This is a great desert, especially as summer nears and our fresh produce improves. Serve a la mode and it's a hit!

Ingredients

  • 5 - ripe peaches, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 2 cups ripe raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons flour divided
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh

How To Make peach and raspberry crisp

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a casserole dish or cake pan.
  • Step 2
    Combine peaches, flour, sugar, lemon juice and fold in raspberries.
  • Step 3
    Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt and spread over peaches.
  • Step 4
    Dot in butter.
  • Step 5
    Bake for 30 min then let cool for 10. Serve and enjoy!
