This is a great side dish to take to a church supper or a friend's house for an extra little treat

Ingredients

  • 2 cups small curd cottage cheese
  • 6 oz packages orange jello
  • 15 oz cans mandarin oranges (drained); set aside about 1/4 can for decorating the top
  • 8 oz cans crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 8 oz packages cool whip (defrosted in fridge)
  • ORANGE FLUFF

How To Make orange fluff

  • Step 1
    In large bowl, blend cottage cheese and jello until well blended and creamy looking.
  • Step 2
    Gently mix in, by hand, the mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple.
  • Step 3
    By hand, carefully fold in the cool whip until well incorporated.
  • Step 4
    Add remaining mandarin oranges on the top in any pattern you like for decoration.
  • Step 5
    Put in 9 inch square, glass casserole dish and refrigerate, covered with plastic wrap, at least 4 hours or overnight.
