- 2 large apples, sliced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar or splenda brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- pinch light salt
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 2 cups milk or fat-free milk
- 2 cups water
- - if you make it for dessert than have 1/2 cup of sugar of splenda brown sugar

Step 1Place the apples,brown sugar, cinnamon and pinch of light salt on bottom of crockpot but mix it.

Step 2Pour in 2 cups of oatmeal,2 cups of milk or fat-free milk and 2 cups of water dont stir.

Step 3Cook overnight for 8-9 hours on low.
