My mom "threw" this together for unexpected company a few decades ago. It became a family favorite being used at many get-togethers like baby and bridal showers and church pot-lucks. So easy and delicious!

Ingredients
- 1 box white dry cake mix
- 2 cans cherry pie filling
- 1 stick soft butter
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
How To Make mom's cherry crunch

Step 1Pour both cans of cherry pie filling into 9x13 cake pan

Step 2Mix soft butter and chopped pecans with dry white cake mix and spread over cherries.

Step 3Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm or cool. Tastes great both ways. Really good with mixed nuts.
