Marshmallow Fruit Fluff
Very pretty in a glass bowl, and the red and green marischino cherries really make this festive. However, the green is optional as this would be good ANY time of the year!

1package of miniature marshmallows
15 ozcan of crushed pinapple- undrained
2 can(s)mixed fruit cocktail- drained well.
2crts. cool whip
1 jar(s)red maraschino cherries-drained well
1 jar(s)green maraschino cherries-drained well
1/2 cchopped pecans (opt)
How to Make Marshmallow Fruit Fluff
- In large serving bowl, stir marshmallows, undrained pineapple, and fruit cocktail until mixed well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight!
(This allows the pineapple juice to soak the marshmallows so they will expand)
- Day 2: Drain any remaing liquid from the bowl using a collander. There shouldn't be much.
Return back to bowl and fold in both cartons of coolwhip.
- Fold in nuts and drained cherries into mixture last.
Serves a crowd!!
