Raita is yogurt dish mainly taken after the main dish. It is prepared with differnent combinations of fruits, vegetables and other ingredients. Today I prepared mango raita which is very refreshing and healthy in a hot evening.

Step-by-Step

  1. whip together, yogurt, cream, mango pulp, sugar/honey and bring to a thick consistency.
  2. Mix in Mango peices, cool and serve.
