Raita is yogurt dish mainly taken after the main dish. It is prepared with differnent combinations of fruits, vegetables and other ingredients. Today I prepared mango raita which is very refreshing and healthy in a hot evening.

- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cream, fresh
- 1/2 cup mango pulp / puree
- 3 tablespoons sugar or honey
- 1 cup mango cut in cubes
How To Make mango yogurt raita

Step 1whip together, yogurt, cream, mango pulp, sugar/honey and bring to a thick consistency.

Step 2Mix in Mango peices, cool and serve.
