How to Make Mango Strawberries, No Fat
- In a glass, ceramic, or plastic bowl, toss strawberries with 1 tablespoon lime juice and 2 teaspoons sugar. Allow to sit for 15-30 minutes to draw out juices. (Metal bowls might react with the acid.)
- Place cut up mango, 1 tablespoon lime juice, and 1 teaspoon sugar in a blender or food processor and puree.
To serve place 1 serving strawberries in a bowl and pour puree over berries.
