How to Make Mango Royale
- Stir the melted butter & crushed graham together. Press onto the bottom of a glass dish. Keep refrigerated while you prepare the filling.
- Peel & slice the mangoes thinly.
- Whip the cream until double in volume. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk.
- Take the crust-lined glass or plastic dish out of the fridge. Pour the creamed mixture and spread the sliced mangoes on top.
- Chill until firm before serving.
