My aunt used to make this all the time, I finally got the recipe from her, lol. The only thing I did different was to add whole wheat flour, to make this a little bit healthier. But, this is a perfect fall dessert, especially after going apple picking!

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup packed, light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3/4 cup cold butter, cut up
- 6 cups chopped, firm apples
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 - 8 oz pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 2 - eggs
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons milk
How To Make lusciously creamy apple crisp

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" baking dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, stir together oats, 1-1/3 cups flour, brown sugar, and 2 tsp cinnamon until crumbly.

Step 2Press 1/2 the mix into bottom of baking dish. Reserve remaining mix for topping. In another lg bowl, toss together apples, 1/3 sugar, 2 tbsp flour, and 1 tsp cinnamon. Spread mix over crust.

Step 3In another lg bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs, 2 tbsp flour and milk. Beat until combined. Spread over apple mix. Sprinkle w/ remaining reserved oat mix. Bake 40-45 mins, or until golden brown.
