This is the easiest Blueberry Cobbler you will ever make, so easy to whip up at a moments notice, With blueberries so plentiful here in the North we always pick a lot and I freeze them for making this and blueberry recipes over the winter months, you can use fresh or frozen with this recipe ???? - WHAT YOU NEED
- - 2 cups of fresh blueberries
- - 1 cup sugar
- - 3/4 cup flour
- - 1/2 cup butter
- - 2 teaspoons baking powder
- - 3/4 cup milk
- - pinch of salt
How To Make lisa’s easy blueberry cobbler

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F Spray an 8×8 pan with cooking spray and set aside. In a medium sized bowl mix together, sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. Add your milk and butter and mix till batter is smooth. Pour into your prepared baking pan add blueberries on top and spread evenly. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown. Serve with whip cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. ENJOY!
