lime jello & pineapple salad
My mother made this salad/dessert regularly when I was growing up in the 1950s and I haven't had it since. Some friends and I were talking about it last week and I decided to give it a try, based on my memories. I remembered only three ingredients, even though some people add different things. Mine turned out beautifully and exactly like Mother's!
