Ingredients
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lite sour cream
- 1 large egg
- 1-1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup sugar-free strawberry jam
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
How To Make lighter strawberry bars

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Beat in sour cream and egg. Beat in both flours, 1/2 cup at a time.

Step 2Press 1-1/4 cups dough into bottom of baking pan. Spread jam evenly over dough. Pat remaining dough over jam.

Step 3Sprinkle top evenly w/ brown sugar and walnuts. Bake for 35 mins, cool. Cut into bars.
