How to Make Lemon Syrup
- 1combine sugar and water in small saucepan and stir. bring to boil over medium heat and boil for five minutes.
- 2remove pan from heat, stir in lemon juice and cool to room temp. chill for a couple of hours before using.
- 3this will store in the refridgerator for 3-4 weeks. you can add 4 tbls of syrup to 8 ounces of seltzer to make lemon soda.
