  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries
  • 1/4 cup grapenuts cereal
  • 1 cup fat free vanilla yogurt

How To Make triple berry breakfast parfait

  • Step 1
    Sprinkle a handful of fruit into a parfait glass
  • Step 2
    Add two dollops of yogurt
  • Step 3
    sprinkle in cereal
  • Step 4
    repeat layers to fill two parfait glasses and top each with fruit
