This might sound a little different and it is. You will be delightfully surprised by the lightness of this dessert and how easy and simple it is to make - oh so pretty too!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup thick cream
  • 1/4 pound peanut brittle, ground
  • 1 cup rice, cooked dry and flaky
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained well
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
  • - powdered sugar
  • 1 cup colorful mini marshmallows or just the mini white ones

How To Make peanut brittle trifle

  • Step 1
    Whip the cream until light. Fold in gradually the ground peanut brittle;add the rice, pineapple, juice and enough powdered sugar to your taste. Fold in the mini marshmallows. Pile lightly into glass serving bowl or into glass parfait dishes; decorate with candied cherries. Serve very cold.
