- 1 cup thick cream
- 1/4 pound peanut brittle, ground
- 1 cup rice, cooked dry and flaky
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained well
- 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
- - powdered sugar
- 1 cup colorful mini marshmallows or just the mini white ones
How To Make peanut brittle trifle

Step 1Whip the cream until light. Fold in gradually the ground peanut brittle;add the rice, pineapple, juice and enough powdered sugar to your taste. Fold in the mini marshmallows. Pile lightly into glass serving bowl or into glass parfait dishes; decorate with candied cherries. Serve very cold.
