Peanut Brittle Trifle
1 cthick cream
1/4 lbpeanut brittle, ground
1 crice, cooked dry and flaky
1 ccrushed pineapple, drained well
2 Tbsppineapple juice
1 ccolorful mini marshmallows or just the mini white ones
How to Make Peanut Brittle Trifle
- Whip the cream until light. Fold in gradually the ground peanut brittle;add the rice, pineapple, juice and enough powdered sugar to your taste. Fold in the mini marshmallows.
Pile lightly into glass serving bowl or into glass parfait dishes; decorate with candied cherries. Serve very cold.
