Ingredients
- 4 - fresh peaches, pitted, cut into 1/2" pieces
- 2 cups frozen wild blueberries, thawed
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- - homemade whipped cream
How To Make just peachy blueberry crisp

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 3 quart baking dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, mix together peaches, blueberries, cornstarch, lemon juice and sugar. Mix well.

Step 2In another bowl, stir together oats, flour, cinnamon and ginger. Stir in brown sugar. Add butter by hand, mashing to form crumbs.

Step 3Spread fruit mix into bottom of baking dish. Sprinkle w/ oat mix. Bake 45 mins or until golden on top. Serve w/ whipped cream.
