Just peachy blueberry crisp
Ingredients

4fresh peaches, pitted, cut into 1/2" pieces

2 cfrozen wild blueberries, thawed

1 Tbspcornstarch

2 Tbsplemon juice

1/3 csugar

2/3 cflour
-
1/2 cold-fashioned oats
-
1 tspcinnamon
-
1/2 tspground nutmeg

3/4 clight brown sugar
-
5 Tbspunsalted butter, cut into small pieces

How to Make Just peachy blueberry crisp
- Heat oven to 350. Spray a 3 quart baking dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, mix together peaches, blueberries, cornstarch, lemon juice and sugar. Mix well.
- In another bowl, stir together oats, flour, cinnamon and ginger. Stir in brown sugar. Add butter by hand, mashing to form crumbs.
- Spread fruit mix into bottom of baking dish. Sprinkle w/ oat mix. Bake 45 mins or until golden on top. Serve w/ whipped cream.
