How to Make Janet Dodds Easiest Ever Fruit Cobbler
- Add flour, sugar, baking powder and milk into a medium bowl.
Mix together and pour into a buttered pan or baking dish.
- Add fruit, butter, and vanilla to another pan...sweeten to taste.
Bring to a boil.
Pour fruit over batter.
Bake 450 degrees for 25 minutes.
- I used a quart of home canned peaches, drained.
