Ingredients For honeydew jello boat

1 lghoneydew mellon
-
1 boxsugar free raspberry jello[4 serv size]

1 lgred and green apples
-
1/2 capple cidar
How To Make honeydew jello boat

1prep honeydew by cuttin in 1/2 clean out all seeds sit upside down so liquids run out

2prep apples DO NOT PEAL but core and cut in small pieces

3make jello per box directions but use the apple cider in place of the cold water

4add apple pieces to honeydew 1/2's pour jello into honeydew cover with plastic wrap put in fridge several hrs or overnight

5to serve cut each 1/2 honeydew into 2-3 pieces serve on plate with a small piece of fresh mint sprig enjoy

6NOTE; this can be made usin cantapole instead but color wise is better with the honeydew
