How To Make honeydew jello boat

• Step 1
  prep honeydew by cuttin in 1/2 clean out all seeds sit upside down so liquids run out
• Step 2
  prep apples DO NOT PEAL but core and cut in small pieces
• Step 3
  make jello per box directions but use the apple cider in place of the cold water
• Step 4
  add apple pieces to honeydew 1/2's pour jello into honeydew cover with plastic wrap put in fridge several hrs or overnight
• Step 5
  to serve cut each 1/2 honeydew into 2-3 pieces serve on plate with a small piece of fresh mint sprig enjoy
• Step 6
  NOTE; this can be made usin cantapole instead but color wise is better with the honeydew
